Avari Hotel Lahore is one of the leading five star hotels serving the customers for last three decades. There are 190 rooms including 15 executive suits in five story building. It also comprised of 5 restaurants, 4 meeting rooms, 3 function halls, and 2 banquet halls. Rooms have been designed by keeping in view requirements of different customers like Lady Avari room (for single lady), E-Rooms (Business travelers), Jacuzzi rooms to provide value added luxury services for high class people who are expecting more values for the price.

Lahore is the largest city of Punjab. It is also the main hub of educational, industrial, financial and recreational activities. It is famous as City of “Gardens and colleges”. Mostly people say it “Heart of Pakistan”. In addition it is the provincial capital of Punjab Government. These all things attract diplomats and Government officials for important meetings.

Due to historical heritage of Badshahi Mosque, the Lahore Fort, the Shalimar Gardens, Emperor Jeanie’s & Empress Noor Jehan’s mausoleums, Museum and Minar e Pakistan, Lahore is the major source of tourist attraction from all around the world.

Head offices of most of organizations are located in Lahore, so top management also prefers Avari Hotel for meetings. Big Industries also schedule their meetings with foreign customers in Avari hotel, so it is the best place for business and corporate customers. Business and corporate customers mostly visit Avari Hotel as compared to other customers.

Rich families also stay in Avari during their Lahore visit or for the purpose of any function. New married couples also consider Avari for stay. These are walk in customers or planned visitors.

Few customers just visit Avari for late night stay. These types of customers visit Lahore for some important work. For example, Lawyers of other cities stay at night and want to join Lahore High Court to present case in early morning. These types of customers are considered late night residential customers.

It is the nature of customers to concentrate on prices with the expectations of high quality. Pearl continental hotel is the big competitors of Avari.

nswer 1 . luxury hotel provide all facility to fulfil needs of each individual customers . Customers chose its rate to change environmental by their social need . Social need adopting change their behaviour toward target marketing

Answer 2 . fit the price strategy to avari hotel each of them penetrating price and skimming price then check the performance of avari hotel .

Core products;
The Avari hotel is providing the services and as well as the products. The core products of the hotel are the facilities of restaurant and the facilities of residents for different persons.


Actual product;
. It is providing 5 restaurants for foods and other 4 meetings Rooms families’ rooms, 2 banquet halls, Lady Rooms, E-rooms, Jacuzzi rooms and functions halls for different persons to meet their needs and wants and according to their choices.

Augmented product;

The Avari hotel is no doubt is situated in dream place where people love to eat and live. Therefore Avari hotel is providing the best facilities of foods i-e the Chinese and Fujiyama restaurants. It’s also presenting the best facilities of domestic and international travelers. Moreover the facilities of health club, gymnasium, temperature pools, jogging track and stream bath. The hotel is offering the 5 dining like Pakistani, Japanese, Chinese and continental.

To become Competitive edge;
The hotel can adopt these major facts to become a competitive edge.
It should adopt the strategy of marketing mix.
It should develop its promotion departments to attract the more costumers.
It should establish more branches.
It should provide more items foods Varity of dishes for restaurant like Italian foods.
It also provides more creational services like music and games departments for children.
To attract the business community provide more meetings hall and make peaceful atmosphere.
To attract to youth offers new entertainments like club swimming pools etc.

Answer;

The Avari hotel should not offers the fixed prices for all type of customers because the customers of the hotel are belong to different classes. Some customers belong to Elite class and some are Local so the fixed pricing would never suitable here.

So, the hotel offers the Dynamic pricing
In dynamic pricing,
to charge the customers depending on the situation and according to the products and services.
Avari hotel provides the foods and residential services. So the dynamic pricing will help it, to provide the services in better ways to all classes of the city and as well as the foreigners. Families, visitors, top managers, government official and married couple go the hotel for different purposes so, the different pricing strategy will helpful for hotel. In this way the customer’s satisfaction will increase and they feel delighted to visit the hotel and could adopted their own choice food and room according to their own budget and perceptions. Moreover, the customers will increase the attraction of different packages offered by the hotel.

Avari hotel must adopt the competitive pricing
Which mean the price of other competitors of same products; it would establish the price keeping in mind the price of its competitor is offering.
