Faisalabad education board 10 class supplementary last/late fee date

My Daughter got supply in math 10 class Faisalabad edu. board she was with me here in UAE and unable full the requirement or send the admission form.
Is there any way to forward the form in Faisalabad education Board now she is at Faisalabad. Her school administration is not giving any respond.
Please advise me regarding above problems.

Dear when a student is failed in 10th class then he/she is not eligible to send regular admission for supplementery exam. She can appear in full subjects again after one year if she want to be regular. Other wise you can apply in supply as private candidate.
