Why equivalace certificate is necessary?

HI friends,
I have done BSBA from VU and now going to start my studies in BZU. Once BZU told me that VU is not authorized by HEC and it was a big joke. Now they are saying that you will have to bring an equivalace from VU. I think that BZU should give equivalance. what should I do in this regard? keep in mind that I am in LLB Part 1.

You have to consult with HEC they will give you Equivalence certificate of your degree. You doing LLB from BZU? one more thing that you can't start dual degree program in Pakistan that's the problem. So now you have to provide a little more description about it.

Dear Expert, I am passed out from VU in 2010 and now studying in a private college affliated with BZU and VU stand at 21 number in HEC list of approved universities. Last year, when I was applying in Punjab University Lahore, an equivalance Certificate was issued to me by PU. I think that Its BZU whom equivalace should isssue.
