please guide me if you are the member of virtual university. virtual university mein kisi bhi course mein qualify hone ke liye ya certificate hasil kerny ke liye books ziada helpful hoti hain ya video lectures ziada helpful hoty hain? video lectures mein jo parhaya jata hy aur books mein jo likha hota hy wo same hota hy? books mein jo muwaad hota hy use parhny ke liye ya samajhny ke liye kisi home tutor ko hire kerny ki zaroorat hoti hy?

Well dear lectures jo hotay han woh un handouts(books) say hi hotay han aur sara lecture handouts main say hi hota hai. Sath main kuch reference books alag say hoti han. So it depend on you what you want.

thanks a lot for sharing this knowledge. reference books kiya hota hy? agar books ya handouts mein jo likha hota hy wohi video lectures mein bhi parhaya jata hy to phir to books ko samajhny ke liye kisi home tutor ki zaroorat nahi hogi kion ke books mein jo likha hota hy wo video lectures mein demonstrate ker ke samjhaya ya parhaya jata hy. as you said that it depends on me what i want. it means that it depends on me that how to study or in other words this decision is up to me that i will have to study through books or video lectures?
