i want to take admission in FA in aiou through annual system. what is the total fee of FA in aiou and tuition fee is also including in it ? i dont want to avail the tuition services of aiou and i want to select the tutor of my choice. is it possible? if i will not hire any tutor of aiou then there is no need for me to pay the tuition fee or the tuition fee is mandatory?
