mein student visa per nahi jana chahta. i want to go there on family visa. what r the educational requirements for one who want to go to USA on family visa? my brother is in america

i can fill your form you should have at least 15 lack bank statement. then you have to put your case in embassy you have to pay 17000rs for each family member. It is your luck that you get visa for minumum 5 year and maximum 10 years. if you want to go for family then it will take up to 10 years minimum and it is a long procedure. they will verify you half of your life for getting usa 2015-30 visa.
