aik or problem b hai and dat is kah sometimes there is tone in phone line and also the DSL status light stable but we cant acess the net it is also due to router setting !!

PTCL broadband problems in Pakistan
Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) is having a lot of problems now a days. Users of broadband are not enjoying the speed of PTCL Broadband because of few issues. Which are not yet resolved.View more the latest threads:

These are few things which are making problems for PTCL broadband student.
- Electricity is major problem. At night from 8:00pm to 1:00am the electricity is dim so modem reset automatically many time.
- Bandwidth is shared. So no one can have full speed of 1Mb as the package.
- When light goes off some time modem goes to factory restore setting. After that when a person call to customer care center of PTCL for broadband. They take minimum 30 minutes to pick up the call and maximum 1+ hour. So its time taking. They have given a lot of connection and having limited customer care lines.
- Its hard to take a student package for those who are real students and easy for those who never goes to school.

I also don't think that wateen is best. PTCL IS best but they are on strike that's why we are facing these problems.
