To understand the Creation of tables and Forms in MS-Access

Software to Use MS - Access

Assignment: There are Three (3) Tasks in this assignment.

Task 1: (Marks: 5)
Create Four tables in MS – Access according to information given below;

Customer (Customer-ID, Customer-Name, Customer-Address, Customer-Phone)
Product (Product-ID, Product-Name, Unit-Price)
Order (Order-ID, Customer-ID, Order-Date, Ship-Date)
Order-Detail (Order-ID, Product-ID, Quantity)

Select suitable data types for each attribute.
Task 2: (Marks: 5)
Enter at-least five (5) valid entries in each table

Task 3: (Marks: 20 = 5 + 5 + 10)
Design Forms as given below; (Prototype Forms)
