Mian Mujtaba Shuja-Ur-rehman The Punjab Education Minister has said the goverment is Planning a great program for deliveinrg modren educational facilities to children.
As The Dteails issued on this monday the minster said that the 4 billion will be used on the major and required facilites in the Primary schools and middle schools,and the Rs 5.2 Million will be used on the girls middle schools in te province during current fiscal year.
Minster said that the Goverment is trying to get 88 percent litreacy rate till 2015 o achieve the international commitment under millennium development goals.
They said that theri are 262,500 between 4 to 15 years of age are receiving education under non-formal basic education schools.
He added that Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is also providing donations and scholarships to the private educational institutions and students. The function was also addressed by columnist Atta-ul-Haq Qasmi. Later, Qasmi and Anwar distributed prizes among brilliant students. The function was also addressed by school Principal Rahila Rubab.
