Keeping in view of the good results of the offer, the phase-IV of expansion of the NSP has been began in 22 selected zones for offering no cost education to 67,800 worthy learners through 226 associate educational institutions.
PEF Chairman Raja Anwar stated this while dealing with the contract signing wedding of new educational institutions entering into collaboration with the PEF under the NSP at Kids Library Complex.
A complete of 226 university heads participated in the wedding and signed collaboration agreement with the PEF for offerring no cost education to the desperate and worthy children in their places.
While dealing with the wedding, Anwar said now a complete of 107,800 worthy learners would get advantage from the offer in the region. Under the NSP, the PEF not only runs monthly fee but also guides to the learners, so that they could continue the amount up to the Matric stage.
The program is especially helpful for girl learners who would possess no cost schooling near their homes, Anwar added. Earlier, NSP chief Hassan Javed given the welcome address and shared significant structures of the development stage.
The New Institution System (NSP) was began as model project in April 2008 to appeal personal industry entrepreneurs to set up educational institutions in distant and distant places of the region where personal educational institutions are rare or missing altogether. Currently, NSP has 200 educational institutions successfully working in 16 zones of Punjab.
Punjab Knowledge Groundwork is an independent constitutional system recognized under an ACT of the provincial set up with its secret headquarters at Lahore.
The Punjab Knowledge Groundwork was recognized under the Punjab Knowledge Groundwork Act of 1991 as an independent legal system to encourage and enhance education in the personal industry operating on non-commercial/ non-profit basis.
The Punjab Knowledge Groundwork has been updated under the Punjab Knowledge Groundwork Act-XII of 2004 for the promotion to train, especially encouraging and supporting the efforts of the personal industry in offering education to the poor.
