VPS Problem in Godaddy iphone and andriod smartphones cant access them

Today i have installed the Godaddy mobile app for Iphone and Andriod when i click on Server Management it gives error and could not loaded the services. I don't know why we can't handle this problem from our Smartphones we can manage them as they given the information during the download from the app store which is Appstore for Iphone and Google play store for Andriod. But both are not working. So this problem should be solved and working in proper manners.
