Yes dear it is realated to the multi core processors. The main question you can see is that we have to write about the impact of system programming on muli core processors, its pretty clear to me.

Parallel processing is the main thing which dual core gives us. So try this one and write in your own words. That it shows like it is dual processing so it run the instructions in parallel form. That's the main thing and idea. That teacher ask just give one reason and write 5 lines on it.
