      IMPORTANT NOTE:
      • Reporting Time is 60 MINUTES before written test.
      • Attendance will be taken 15 minutes before written test.
      • No entry in Examination Centre after start of paper time.
      • No body will be allowed to leave the Examination Centre before half time of written test.
      • Possession of Books, Bags, Electronic gadgets including Cell Phones strictly prohibited in the examination premises.
      • Bring your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
      • Comply with Instructions given in the Question Paper / Answer sheet strictly.
    • If you are found ineligible later on in any respect under rules, your candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether you appeared in the written test or qualified therein.
    • You should bring with you necessary stationery required for the purpose. In case of one paper test only Black Marker is allowed to attempt the OMR sheet. Blank Answer Sheet will be supplied by the Punjab Public Service Commission.
    • You must bring your ORIGINAL COMPUTERIZED NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD (CNIC) on the day of written test failing which you will not be allowed to appear in the test. You will not be given provisional permission to appear in the test if your COMPUTERIZED NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD has been lost unless you produce F.I.R. with the Police and a receipt from NADRA for issuance of a duplicate CNIC. In such case you must also produce some alternate authentic document(s) of your identity i.e. Computerized Driving Licence or Passport.
    • You must bring this admission letter on the date of written test in order to secure your admission to the Test Centre. In case of non-compliance, you will not be allowed to appear in the written test.
    • You should bring the Original Treasury Receipt of fee deposited at the time of written test and the same should be presented to PPSC Staff for verification.
    • Your attention is invited to study the instructions carefully provided on the flyleaf of the answer sheet at the time of examination. Failure to observe these instructions shall render you liable to cancellation of your candidature or registration of a criminal case if you are found indulging in any criminal act i.e. forgery etc.
    • You must ensure before handing over your Answer Sheet to the Supervisory Staff that the same has been signed by the Supervisor of the centre.
    • Your Roll Number as mentioned above or Application Code already allocated to you at the time of submission of online application form should invariably be quoted while corresponding with the Commission in connection with this test.
    • The test will be held on the scheduled date and time even if that day is declared holiday by the Government subsequently.
    • If you have received duplicate Roll Number, you should use one Roll Number and must intimate this fact to PPSC, immediately in writing.
    • You will not be allowed to appear in the Test Centre other than the center mentioned in this letter.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Test Centre.
    • No T.A/D.A will be paid for appearing in the test.
    • If you are a handicapped and a writer/helper is required, you must forward a request to the Commission for the same well before the written test.
    • You will be disqualified for the exam and an FIR will also be lodged against you if:
      • Accessing or using communication devices (Cell Phone, unauthorized calculator etc.,) during the exam.
      • Making any changes, additions, deletions or otherwise marking, erasing or writing on the MCQ Question Paper or Answer Sheet after the time for the exam has expired.
      • Having access to or consulting notes, books, Electronic gadgets including Cell Phones during the exam.
      • Consulting other persons or resources outside the examination centre during the exam.
      • Copying questions or answers either on paper or otherwise from the exam room.
      • Taking MCQ Question Paper or Answer sheet from the examination centre.
      • Taking an exam for another candidate.
      • Threatening / misconduct with the examination staff

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES FOR FILLING COMPUTERISED OMR ANSWER SHEET

    The following instructions deal with the Computerized Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) answer sheet provided separately. These sheets are graded by a computer, therefore, it is very important that the candidates read and understand these instructions thoroughly before coming for the test. Non-compliance may lead to improper result.

    • Roll Number Filling Section
    • Time Line
    • Signature of Supervisor

    1. Candidate Particulars
    In this Section candidate will write name, father name, Post Applied for, CNIC and Examination Centre
    2. Instructions
    In this Section instructions are given for the candidate for filling the the answer choices box with examples.
    3. MCQ Answer CHOICES (1 to 100)
    There are a Total of 100 questions. Each question has four choices from which candidate have to select the most appropriate answer. In some questions, there may not be an exact answer. In such cases select an answer which ismost nearly correct. Against each question one line of options from A - D is given.
    Mark choice by filling in the appropriate Box of the line (A to D) completely, making it dark with Blue or Black marker as shown below.
    Question 1. Which is the capital of Pakistan?
    A. Lahore B. Karachi C. Islamabad D. Peshawar
    Answer: The correct answer is Islamabad i.e.
    C. Hence the box should be filled in line opposite Q.1 on the answer sheet.

    Wrong Filling Remarks Examples
    The grading computer will mark improperly filled boxes as incorrect answers.
    Computer will also mark boxes with stray marks orpartially filled or boxes filled more than once , asinvalid answer.
    4. Signature of Candidate
    In this Section candidate will affix signature in the signature box only. Signatures going out of Signature box may reject answer sheet to process through grading machine.
    5. Office Use
    This Section is for office Use only. Candidate should not write any thing in this area.
    6. Roll Number FILLING SECTION
    In this section candidate will write Roll Number. PPSC issues roll number comprising of five figures. Roll Number, is filled / written only on the designated place on the Answer Sheet. The following instructions be followed while writing the roll number on the answer sheet
    1. Write each figure in one box
    2. Fill the corresponding numbered box for each figure.

    Following Examples be studied carefully to avoid improper filling

    Roll Number12357 is wrongly filled as corresponding boxes are not filled. and all boxes are filled against the first figure. Roll Number12375 is wrongly filled as agaist 1 there are two boxes filled. Only box with label 1 should be filled. Roll Number 12375 is correctly filled as all the correspoding box agaist each figure is filled.
    Roll Number 34207 is wrongly filled due two boxes are filled for figure 3 and corresponding box against figure 7 is not filled. Roll Number 34207 is wrongly filled due to more then one boxes are filled against figure 3 and corresponding box for 2,0 and 7 are not filled. Roll Number 34207 is correctly filled as all the correspoding box agaist each figure is filled.

    7. TIME LINE
    This Section is computer graded area. Writing any thing in this area may reject answer sheet to process through grading machine.
    8. Signature of Supervisor
    In this section supervisor will affix signature in the signature box.
