So here it started.
By the time of iftar when it come's to near,Its hard to pass the time specially in summer. People try to play games watch movies. Some of them recite HOLY QURAN which is Good. The excitement is at its peak when only few seconds left. After that the show start's with the sight of delicious food and drinks, we mostly get over zealous and tend to overeat while breaking the fast, That time we eat oily food like samosa's, Pakora's, Fries and Roles. With an assortment of food items coupled with abundance of deep fried items rich in sugar and spice contents, it can get pretty heavy on the stomach. But who cares of it.
In order to restore your energy levels, instead of such stuff go for fresh juices and fruits as this will be more energetic and lively for the rest of the evening rather than sweet-meat type stuff that’s bound to get you lethargic. Keep a check on volumes as eating too much at the same time is not advisable. Eat only the quantity that you normally do at one given time, But its hard to do so.

One must remember that the iftari is equivalent to supper though without a preceding lunch, and there’s always time for dinner afterwards. At dinner time too, take food that allows a good sleep at night as sufficient sleep is required to get up at sehri with ease.
Ramadan gives us the best opportunity not only to fast and pray but also to count the numerous blessings that we normally ignore.
