Hello Dear,

I am interested in having someone create a website for content where clients can order articles they need written and writers can assign them to their selves to write and return.

My form of payments for the site will be through Paypal for the clients to pay the writers.

I would like something that could also have a forum to go along with it to encourage the writers to voice their opinions and to asks questions amongst the other writers on the site.

I am not sure what programs are needed to build this type of site, so I hope you can help.
Is it possible?
