    Adverbs,Kind of adverbs are generally
    classified into following groups.
    (a)Adverbs of affirmation and negation: Yes'no'not
    You will certainly achieve your goal.
    I know not the man.
    (b)Adverbs of cause.Words and phrases which answer the question
    Why? are adverbs of cause.
    He went there to attend a meeting.
    (c) Adverbs of degree:Adverbs of degree indicate degree or
    quantity,e.g.how much?
    He was nearly run over by the truck.
    I am quite happy.
    They are almost here.
    He has hardly anything to say in his defence.
    (d)Adverbs of interrogation: are question words
    like Why,Where,Who
    Why are you so angry? Where will you go?
    (e)Adverbs of manner:Adverbs which tell how the action takes
    place are called adverbs of manner.
    They came late. She is working hard.
    She was bitterly disappointed.
    (f)Adverbs of place. Words which indicate the place of
    action are adverbs of place.
    Please come here . He stood there for a long time.
    Why are you standing outside?
    (g)Adverbs of time.Words which indicate when the action
    took place are called adverbs of time.
    We met him yesterday. Do you see him daily?
    He has already vacated the house.

    Is Who really an adverb of interrogation?

    I am a learner of English and is very interested in your post quoted above, in which WHO is listed as an adverb of interrogation.

    Could you give me an example where WHO is used as an adverb of interrogation?
    Your example and explanation to that would be highly appreciated.
