Masala TV recipe of Pakora Masala by Rida Aftab from Tarka. This mouth-watering "Appetizers" recipe for Pakora Masala can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-6 people.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 50 gm Crushed red chili
  • 50 gm Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
  • 2 tbsp Whole coriander
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves
  • to taste Salt

Recipe Method

Mix together 50 gm Crushed red chili, 50 gm Pomegranate seeds, ½ tsp Carom seeds, 2 tbsp Whole coriander, 2 tbsp Cumin seeds, 2 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves and Salt to taste. Fill in bottle. Now mix Pakora Masala in 250 gm gram flour with vegetable as required. Make a thick paste with water as required and fry pakoray in hot oil.
