It is announced that Punjab university official campus will be start his operations and admissions from Feb 2011. Firstly they will start the B.com and M.com classes also including the B.a and B.s.c after that they will start the law classes from September 2011. So it is a good sign for Jhelum people and student's who use to go Lahore main campus for admission. Now they can get the first class education on their door step at the district Jhelum. So Congratulation to Jhelum people. Now the building will be used for the university will be the New kachari building. Kachari is not going to move from Jhelum city. So it was a big issue for everyone. That's why they converted that building to Punjab University. Now the pics college is not any more affiliated college to Punjab university and also the one other college Jinah college is affiliated to Punjab University. They have canceled all the affiliations only Jinah Law college is affiliated with Punjab University.
