Chicken breast 200 grams, penne pasta 100 grams, bails (dried) 1/4 tsp, garlic (chopped) 2 tsp, onion (chopped) 1, tomato 200 grams, worcestershire sauce 2 tsp, cottage cheese for garnishing salt 3/4 + 1 tbsp, fresh coriander a little.
. Boil 1 kg water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil in a medium sized pot.
. Add paste when water boils. wash boiled pasta in cold water and set aside. blanch tomatoes and then immerse in cold water. peel and blend.
. Cut thin, long strips of chicken mix 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp white pepper in a bowl and marinate chicken strips in it for 1 hour.
. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan and fry onion and 1 tsp garlic until golden and then add tomato puree in it.
. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper, worcestershire sauce and basil and cook for a few minutes.
. Heat 1 tsp oil in a saucepan and fry remaining garlic in it. add chicken and fry. add tomato mixture and cook for few minutes.
. Add boiled pasta and fresh coriander.
. Garnish delicious chicken pasta marinara sauce with cottage cheese. serve.
