Ingredients:
Beef undercut (cut into thin strips) 250 grams, onion (diced thickly) 1, garlic pasta 1/2 tsp, green chillies 3, oyster sauce 2 tbsp, soya sauce 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tsp, cornflour as required, red chillies powder 2 tsp, vinegar 1 tsp, salt to taste, oil as required.
Method:
. Put undercut, soya sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt and red chillies in a bowl. mix and set aside for 1 hour.
. Coat undercut with cornflour and set aside.
. Heat oil in a wok. add ginger and garlic fry. add undercut and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
. Add onion, sugar and green chillies and cook for 2 minutes.
. When meat becomes tender, take out in a dish and serve hot.
