Ingredients:
Chicken legs 4, prawns 8, sausages 60 grams, onion (finely cut) 1, garlic (chopped) 2 cloves, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, rice (boiled) 1 cup, chicken stock 1 1/2 cup, red capsicum 1, french beans (finely cut) 150 grams,gram broccoil 150 grams, paprika powder 1/2 tsp, black pepper powder as required, salt to taste, olive oil 2 tbsp.
Method:
. Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken legs in until golden.
. Take out in a dish.
. Fry prawns and take out. de- seed and dice capsicum.
. Fry sausages in the same wok. add onion and garlic cook for one more minute.
. Add turmeric and rice and stir thoroughly.
. Add chicken stock, french beans, broccoil, red capsicum, paprika powder, salt and black pepper. stir and cook until it comes to boil.
. Lower flame. Put chicken legs on top of rice and cook on dum.
. Finally add prawns, mix, and dish out.
