Additional Requirements for Attestation of Ph.D Degree
For applicants who have obtained Ph.D degree before 31. 05.2005:

His/her name should be included in the HEC Ph.D Directory. Click here for PhD Directory.

For applicants who were registered as Ph.D student before 31.05.2005 but were awarded degree after 31.05.2005.

i. Copy of the title page of research article published in HEC approved “X” category journal (“Y” in case of social sciences only).
ii. Name of the two foreign evaluators with their e-mail and official addresses who evaluated the thesis as per approval of the University/Institute. This Information is required from the controller of examinations of degree awarding University/Institute
iii. His/her name should be included in the HEC Ph.D Directory.Click here for PhD Directory.
For applicants who were registered as Ph.D students w.e.f 01.06.2005 onwards.

i. Copy of transcript (30 credit hours) showing details of course work.
ii. Copy of the title page of research article published in HEC approved “X” category journal (“Y” in case of social sciences only).
iii. Name of the two foreign evaluators with their e-mail and official addresses who evaluated the thesis as per approval of the University/Institute.This Information is required from the controller of examinations of degree awarding University/Institute
iv. His/her name should be included in the HEC Ph.D Directory. Click here for PhD Directory.
Note: HEC takes Six working days for the attestation of PhD Degrees.
Attestation Fee
a. Original document Rs.500/- (each)
b. Photo copy Rs.300/- (each)

Mode of Payment for Walk-in Applicants a. Payment is made at HEC fee counter (Window No 2).
b. Payment can also be made through HEC On-Line account with H.B.L A/C # 17427900133401.
