You are required to suggest any five valid reasons specifying that why should this super store adopt a computerized system for above mentioned tasks?

“Future Technologies” is a Tablet PC manufacturing company, in this company manager allows the employees to take part in decision-making therefore everything is agreed by the majority. Identify which management style (Authoritative or democratic) is adopted by this company and list major benefits of this management style.
