Copies of following documents.
Result Card of Matric.
Character Certificate.
Fathers ID Card.
Photos.
Provide extra documents if you are applying for Sports Seats and Special Seats.
Have you enter your name and your fathers name according to your Matric Result Card? .
Have you enter your Birth Date according to your Matric Result Card? .
