“Anxiety and associated psychological problems”
Dear students!
Your task is to focus on the scenario given below and then answer the questions asked.

Jamila is a 25-years old teacher who recently started her first job after her graduation with respectable grades. She has always been an anxious person. She has great difficulty in controlling these worries. She feels exhausted all the time with constant muscle tension and body aches. Even she is unable to control her irritability when she is out with her friends. Her family and friends often tell her that she unnecessarily feels anxious. For the last five months, she is worried about her work performance, inability to meet the deadlines and increasing weight. For the past few days, she has not been sleeping very well. She often lies in bed worrying for several hours, wakes frequently during the night or wakes up too early and cannot fall back asleep. She knows that her constant worrying is a problem but she also feels that if she does not worry about things she will lose hold on things.
Read the above mentioned scenario carefully and do the following tasks.
