Read carefully and understand:


Viva will be announced at the announcement page during your final term exam and viva will be taken 3 to 5 days difference after the final term. No date will be changed for the viva as we have very tight schedule for conducting the viva at different centers. So don't mail for the rescheduling. Those student who have not completed till the design 2 phase till now will not be listed for the viva and final deliverable should be sent through mail at adnanasif@vu.edu.pk in RAR format containing Final presentation, Final report and Code with database etc. before the final viva date( if you have already uploaded at LMS then no need to send through mail. The new template for the presentation slides attached here with this mail.Follow it. Those student who will not appear in viva will be considered Fail and have to register CS619 course to continue the same project in next semester after result processing within some days. Result will be updated in your grade book within one month after viva taken.


You should have full grip on project parts especially code as the focus of the panel will be at your software only. You should be able to modify your code according to the given short tasks i.e Create new form, Database connectivity, Color change, Label Change, database table creation etc so If you will not work yourself on project code You have to appear in front of viva panel in final viva then you won't be able to defend your viva. Full grip on code is the key to Success. t is your final presentation so come with wearing good formal dress and full preparation. Try to communicate in English.
