Punjab government decide to award laptops to educators of colleges and universities who have been enrolled in MPhil and PhD programmes across the province including Rawalpindi Division. District government have prepared list of over 650 male and female teachers of the division enrolled in MPhil and PhD programmes and Chief Minister would award laptops in the first week of March 2013.
