SeView: An Efficient Sequence Format Converter
This tool adopts divide and conquer approach to efficiently convert large (having minimum 10,000 sequences) multiple sequence alignments (MSA) to the selected format. Divide and conquer is implement by using multithreading technique of java programming language.
Help can be obtained from any existing tool like ReadSeq (Help: Readseq).
SeView will also provide GUI to the command based MSA methods like ClustalOmega (Clustal Omega - fast, accurate, scalable multiple sequence alignment for proteins), MAFFT (MAFFT - a multiple sequence alignment program), MUSCLE (MUSCLE < Multiple Sequence Alignment < EMBL-EBI) etc.
