Chicken (boneless) 1 cup, potatoes (diced) 1 cup, bread crumbs 1 cup, gram lentils 1/4 cup, fresh coriander and mint (chopped) 1/2 cup, egg 1, green chillies (chopped) 4, red chilli powder 1 tsp, tara hot spice 1 tsp, ginger/garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp, salt to taste, oil for frying.
. Clean gram lentils and soak them in water. drain.
. Cook chicken, potatoes, lentils, salt, red chillies, garlic, ginger, hot spices and 1 cup water in a pot.
. When potatoes, chicken and lentils become tender and water dries, remove from flame.
. Grind this mixture in a blender.
. Put ground mixture in a bowl and add green chillies, fresh coriander and mint and make kebabs.
. Dip kebabs in beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.
. Heat oil in a frying pan. fry kebabs until golden on both sides. take out on paper towels.
