Armghan owns a national chain of two star hotels “The Pakistani Tradition” having outlets in all capital cities of Pakistan catering to the needs of middle income domestic and business customers. The hotels chain is not performing well except in Quetta. Nafees is the major shareholder and CEO of “Rawayyat Air Lines”. The Air line is using no-frill strategy and offers air travel within Pakistan in all those cities having Air Port facility. Nafees is enjoying good business response for all routes and earning good profit.
Discussion question:
Do you think is there any feasibility of co-branding between “The Pakistan Tradition” & “Rawayyat Air Lines”? Also discuss who will gain the most from c-branding strategy and why?
