After the development of the new product, the company launches its product in the market; thus here it falls in introduction stage. With advertising and promotion the sale of the product increases and product enters into growth stage. The market penetration, customer awareness and augmented sales bring the product at maturity stage and later people start demanding new products or features that cause less revenue.
