Need help about challan form

I have recently applied for admission online. I have downloaded challan form and submitted the admission fee in bank. there are 4 sections in challan i.e bank copy, student copy, VU copy and PVC copy...
I have no idea what to do with the PVC copy and what is it for?
any help will be appreciated...

Assalam-u-Alikum,

Please get a print out of this Challan (in an A4 paper with these 4) and go to the bank. They will give an Stamp on every Category. Then SCAN it and Upload it on the necessary destination.
