Medi-tech is a renowned pharmaceutical company. In Sales Department two sales teams The Hawks and The Eagles are working under two managers Mr. Zahid and Mr. Farooq respectively.

Mr. Zahid’s team is realistic and works according to rules and regulations to reduce uncertainties and instability. The Hawks do not come forward with unique or controversial idea until they believe that this idea has strong people‘s support. Their enthusiasm to accept work is okay and feels comfortable while staying in background.

On the other hand Mr. Farooq’s team works with positive attitude; they always stand with their leader and support each and every decision from him. The Eagles try to avoid conflicts but lack in sharing innovative ideas with Mr. Farooq.
