Entrepreneurs who are running the small and medium enterprises in Pakistan are blaming government for not providing the proper business environment which is required to run the smooth business. Unfortunately, SME sector has faced lots of problems like unavailability of electricity, high prices of petrol and transportation etc. Despite of all this entrepreneurs are also not playing their due roles, but only waiting for the help and attention of government. Though government has painted a rosy picture about SMEs, but the truth is that they are nothing more than dead moles on the body of Pakistan’s economy.
Point of discussion
Being entrepreneurship student, you are required to discuss at least five difficulties presently faced by SMEs that can be solved by the entrepreneurs without taking help from government?
