Mr. Ahmed is CEO of a company which produces soft-drink and fruit juices. The peak season of business is summer. The market of cold drinks always drops down in winter due to rise in demand of hot drinks like coffee and tea etc. In the coming off-season, surplus of almost fifty production-line employees is expected.
