Bill Alert service is another initiative from PTCL . The gist of the service is to remind the landline customers with an alert SMS, just before the bill due date to deposit their bill and avoid additional surcharge. The service targets customer base that either doesn’t receive their landline bill for some reasons or have the habit of depositing the bill late.
Bill Alert Service is the solution to this problem.
The SMS will be sent twice before the due date every month.
