    Dear Sir,

Since http works at application level, At what level do the TCP/IP work and what is the underlying dividing line between http and TCP/IP protocols. Can you give a practical example for the same.

The Internet Protocol Suite (commonly known as TCP/IP) is the set of communications protocols used for the Internet and other similar networks. It is named from two of the most important protocols in it: the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and the Internet Protocol (IP),

HTTP is application Layer protocol that runs on TCP/IP.
