Microsoft has introduced its own personal assistant to developers in Windows Phone 8.1,



Microsoft is going to launch Windows phone 8.1. The company is planning to share a lots of details behind the closed doors. Microsoft announced windows phone 8.1 will be released in first quarter of 2014, with VPN built in. Microsoft is also planning for additional changes in windows phone 8.1, such as improvements in volume controls, this windows phone will screen to TV. The company will released windows 8.1 in existing device after the developers view.
