Ingredients:
Kashmiri tea leaves 2 tbsp, green cardamoms 6, cinnamon 1 stick, dried powder milk 4 tbsp, fresh milk 1 cup, sugar 3 tbsp, water 6 cups, dry fruits (crushed) to taste.
Method:
. Boil water in a pot.
. Place tea leaves a tied muslin cloth piece and immerse in boiling water.
. Add cardamoms and cinnamon and boil until 4 cups of water are left.
. Add fresh milk, dried milk and sugar.
. Stir well until turns pink. serve Kashmiri tea after adding dry fruits.
