Most of people buy cheap laptops from Peshawar Barah Market. They are cheap. So in low budget people specially student and teachers buy laptops from there. So they don't have any kind of warranty they are second hand laptops. So when ever you go there so check the battery timing. They just say straight forward that check it here other wise if u go from here and got some fault we are not responsible for it. The other categories that they are offering is without checking. Then the price goes 50% off. So its tough to check a laptop without checking it there. But most of them are working fine you may say 75%.
