how to prepare date sheet and appear in Mid Term Exam after the last due date.

Hi,
if someone does not prepare his date sheet before the last due date, then his status of mid/final term becomes "Not Appearing" in Mid/Final term exam.

how to re-appear in the mid term and final term exam(s)?

On date sheet website it shows "Not Appearing in Exam" and after 1 week of last due date I received an email fro VU regarding date sheet but it also shows "Not Appearing"
